Harvest season for Txakoli
We are entering autumn and it is now at the end of September when the harvest begins, the time to collect the grapes, because the clusters begin to reach the optimal moment of ripening. Once the harvest is finished and after its preparation, the new wine will be able to be tasted within a few months.

'Talaiberri' is a small winery, within the 'Getariako Txakolina' designation of origin, with a production of about 80,000 bottles annually with 12 hectares of their own vineyards that they have around the winery with 80% Hondarrabi zuri (native white variety ) and 20% Hondarrabi beltza (red variety).
Generation after generation, maintaining the essence and together with innovation, they have achieved high quality products.
The entire plantation faces south and the cultivation method is trellised so that the vineyards can receive more sunlight in order to dry the grapes well and avoid the humidity so typical of the area.
The end of the visit is delicious, with a tasting and tasting of Txakoli and Mari vermouths, along with Eusko Label products, on its large terrace with wonderful views of the vineyards as if you were in Tuscany itself.
